By registering, accessing, or using the BluePulseEdu platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By using the Platform you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Account Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
- Do not share your account or create accounts to circumvent access controls.
3. Permitted Use
The Platform is for personal, non-commercial educational use. You agree not to:
- Copy, redistribute, or resell any Platform content.
- Reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform.
- Upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes third-party rights.
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed through Safaricom M-Pesa STK Push. All payments are final. Refunds are issued only where a technical error prevented access after a confirmed payment; requests must be submitted within 7 days via our Contact form.
5. Certificates
Certificates of Completion are issued upon satisfying the required criteria. They are for recognition purposes and do not constitute a formal academic qualification unless otherwise stated.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform is owned by or licensed to BluePulseEdu. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal educational use only. No content may be reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, BluePulseEdu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Registered users will be notified of material changes via in-platform announcements.
